These SMS Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern your receipt of text messages ("SMS" or "messages") through the ArborDash platform. These Program Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Program Name
ArborDash Service Notifications.
2. Program Description
ArborDash is a software-as-a-service platform used by independent tree care, landscape, and arborist service companies (each a "Sender") to operate their businesses. This program delivers service-related text messages from a Sender to its own customers, leads, and employees, including:
- Appointment and scheduling confirmations, reminders, and change notifications
- Crew arrival and on-the-way notifications
- Estimate-ready notifications and estimate-approval links
- Invoice, receipt, and payment reminders
- Service follow-ups and review requests
- Account, onboarding, and security notifications for employees of Senders
Each message is sent from the individual Sender using a dedicated phone number provisioned for that Sender's account on the ArborDash platform. Every message includes the Sender's business name.
3. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive messages from a Sender by any of the following methods:
- Website form. Provide your mobile number on the Sender's website (for example, a "Request a Free Estimate" form) and check the SMS consent checkbox above the submit button.
- Signed authorization. Sign a paper or electronic estimate, work authorization, or service agreement that includes SMS consent language.
- Verbal or in-person intake. Provide your mobile number to the Sender by phone or in person after receiving a verbal disclosure that SMS updates will be sent.
- Inbound text. Send a text to the Sender's business number; replying to an inbound message counts as consent to reply.
- Keyword opt-in. Text START, YES, or UNSTOP to a Sender's number after a prior opt-out.
Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active jobs, estimates, and invoices with the Sender. Typical recipients receive 1 to 10 messages per month. Some high-activity customers may receive more; many may receive fewer.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. ArborDash and the Sender do not charge you to receive messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages or data usage under your wireless plan. Check with your mobile carrier for applicable rates.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving further messages from a Sender at any time by replying STOP to any message. The following keywords are also honored: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message from that Sender. You can later opt back in by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP.
Opt-outs apply to the specific Sender whose number you texted. If you use services from more than one company that uses the ArborDash platform, you must opt out from each Sender separately.
7. How to Get Help (HELP)
Reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive the Sender's business name and support contact information. You can also contact ArborDash at [email protected] for questions about this program.
8. Supported Carriers
This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Google Fi, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive messages under this program. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You agree to notify the Sender promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
10. Privacy and Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories listed above that exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records collected through this program are used solely to deliver the messages described in Section 2 and to operate and support the ArborDash platform. We share mobile numbers only with our SMS service providers (such as Twilio) strictly as necessary to send messages on the Sender's behalf, and with the individual Sender whose customer you are. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information, and we do not share them with advertisers, data brokers, lead aggregators, or any other third party for marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Changes to the Program
We may update these Program Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the program, applicable law, or carrier requirements. We will post the updated Program Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated in advance to the extent required by law.
